Teachers in Print

Teachers from the Bury area, spent a day at the Whitworth working with artists and creative practitioners . Using the exhibition Art Textiles as resource material teachers, teachers produced written pieces, textile pieces, objects and mixed media pieces with Alan Birch.

Saints to Headline at Leeds.

Alan Birch will hopefully be presenting his drypoints and his etchings of Later-Day Saints at the International Medieval Congress  in July. Saints visit Chester.

Alan Birch is currently showing a selection of his Later-Day saints and some drypoints at Telfords Bar and Restaurant at Chester. The show will run until February and all work is for sale. An informal opening is planned for January, email Alan for details.
