These hand coloured lino cuts are inspired by the intrepid adventures of Gawain , King Arthur’s nephew and Knight of the Round Table. Having seen a series of Medieval woodcuts in the Victoria & Albert print collection, i imagined him, continuing his travails today. In this series he is transported to the present era, rescuing maidens. defeating dragons whilst waiting for a train, watching football and fighting bears.
