Viking spell!
Year 4 pupils from Red Lane Primary School in Bolton investigated the world of Viking pattern just before their Easter break. Images from textiles, jewellery , stone carving and decoration were used to illustrate all the letters of the alphabet . These drawings were transformed into engravings and printed, later to be used in literacy lessons to hand colour and spell out viking words.
