Night at the Museum
Printmaker Alan Birch gave freshers at Manchester University their first fast of print on the evening of 20th September in Manchester Museum. Over 95 excited students engraved their own prints, taking as their reference point the displays in Nature’s Gallery, and thoroughly enjoyed the evenings creativity, music and drinks! The word ” awesome ” was heard many times during the evening! The evening was part of an event organised by the Whitworth Art Gallery.
