Alan Birch

Printmaker Alan Birch spent 2 days working with Year 3-6 pupils at St Sebastians RC Primary School in Salford. Pupils worked on the theme of Laudato Si, producing drawings on themes such as kindness, the environment, compassion and planet protection. Some excellent engravings, mixed media prints and relief prints were produced.

” Many thanks for the workshops.  Sorry I didn’t catch you before you left.  We are really pleased with the outcomes and look forward to seeing them once dried out.  I will capture the children’s voice after the holidays and send you any relevant comments. Hopefully we can do some other projects in future and will definitely do them in classes. Happy days and thanks a lot. “
