St Chrysostom Print.
Alan Birch spent 3 days working with pupils from St Chrysostoms Primary School in Manchester. Working in conjunction with the Whitworth , pupils created relief prints looking at Morris, Pop Art and Kandinsky. The attitude of the Reception, Year 1 and 2 pupils was excellent and some great individual prints as well as joint pieces were produced. The workshops were part of the school art week and it was reassuring to see pupils and staff not afraid to experiment and get a little messy during the week
