Queens Mill Prints
Families joined artist Alan Birch at Queens Street Mill in Burnley, producing theft own relief prints based on the machinery at the Mill. The Mill which is the last surviving 19th century steam powered weaving mill, is open Thursday to Saturday, and children and parents alike used wallpaper to create shapes and patterns found in the Mill. Some great prints were produced and Alan will lead an intaglio workshop on Friday the 30th August.
