Inspired by Blake
In March 2013 Alan Birch led a series of printmaking workshops for adults at John Rylands Library in Manchester. Using the work of William Blake, artists engraved copper plates and later hand coloured some drypoints.
Some excellent prints were produced and would not look out of police next to the Blakes. Alan Birch will be running two days of free workshops for families in April. Contact the library for information.
