Handmade Prints
Creative and enthusiastic artists have been busy working with artist Alan Birch at the Whitworth over the last three weeks. Using the current collections at The Whitworth, artists produced drawings which were later used to create prints. The Barbara Brown prints were used to create 3 colour lino cuts and the Raqib Shaw works created some wonderful chine collie prints. The creative talents of the group are to be applauded.
The varied art sessions are held at the Whitworth each Friday.
