Degree students from Salford University spent the morning at The John Rylands Library in Manchester, listening to artist Alan Birch, talk about the influences and inspiration behind his series of prints Later-Day Saints. In the afternoon students worked with Alan at the print room at the University, using medieval images as their inspiration.
