Beyond Dementia
Families took part in a printmaking workshop led by Alan Birch at The Whitworth during the summer holidays. The activity linked with the Beyond Dementia exhibition at the gallery proved very popular with over 6o people taking part. Artists were asked to take their inspiration from images and shapes in the show where people living with dementia had chosen works from the Whitworth to be exhibited alongside to their responses.
