Coffee, cake and culture.
Residents from Rosecourt Care Home in Whitefield , visited the Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester to work with artist Alan Birch. The session part of the coffee, cake and culture programme as part of the Health and Well Being programme is aimed at bringing carers and people living with dementia together in a creative and supportive environment. The group looked at the wallpaper collection producing engravings and relief prints before moving on to enjoy the delicious offerings of the cafe.
